The Self Catering, fully centrally heated and double glazed accommodation is for four, in two bedrooms. One has a four poster bed and en-suite toilet with adjoining bathroom. The other has either two single beds or a king-size double available and adjacent toilet and shower room. The gourmet oak finish kitchen has many features including
built-in dishwasher, larder fridge, microwave, slow cooker, ceramic hob and fan-assisted oven. The sitting room and adjoining dining area has a vaulted ceiling complete with the original elm truss beams supporting some of the restored mill machinery. A wood burning stove, oak flooring and leather seating complete the luxury look. On the ground floor is the entrance lobby and utility room with freezer and washer/drier. Outside, car parking is for two vehicles and there is a small garden area with river frontage. There is a no smoking policy within the building. One well behaved pet is permitted as long as it brings its own bed.
